    100gb free every month, it’s showing on my package, could you tell me what’s wrong with my package please?

  2. Hello.

    I have the All-in-one Monthly Rs.500 package installed. I also got the free 1 GB. However, when I use internet (Web services), my data seems to be deducted from my original package instead of from the 1 GB data that I recieved.

    Is there a solution to this? If so, please let me know as soon as possible as my 1 GB expires in 2.5 days.

    I have the All-in-one Monthly Rs.500 package installed. I also got the free whatsapp. However, when I use the whats app / All-in-one Monthly Rs.500 package my package is over 28th day of march 2019 while i have done the package on the date of 4th of February 2019.

    Is there a solution to this? If so, please let me know as soon as possible as my solution ??????

    I have the All-in-one Monthly Rs.500 package installed. after that my child has unsubscribe such package then my package finished. then i called to customer relation officer at 310 but he replied after 45 minutes and says “you type Y and send to 3982” but my package is not active till to date. i m very poor, i am not afford extremely hay lose

    Is there a solution to this?

    • Normally once you deactivate a package, you can’t get it back. But you can try again to call 310 to tell them all the mater. Thanks.
